Account and License
The customer portal is where you manage your Trading Neural account. It is separate from your AI provider account.
What the portal is for
Section titled “What the portal is for”
- download the latest ChartGPT installer
- access purchase and receipt information
- view account details tied to your license
- contact support
- recover access if you used the wrong email address at checkout
What the portal is not for
Section titled “What the portal is not for”- AI provider billing
- OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Gemini, Brave, or Replicate account management
- model quota or usage limits
- NinjaTrader account support
License access
Section titled “License access”ChartGPT is activated with your Trading Neural email address and TN key. New keys start with TN-.
If you cannot find your TN key:
- Check the email inbox used for purchase or trial signup.
- Check spam or promotions folders.
- Sign in to the customer portal with the same email address.
- Contact Trading Neural support if the key is still missing.
Downloads
Section titled “Downloads”Use the portal downloads area to install or update ChartGPT. Install newer versions over your current installation unless support gives you different instructions.
Billing records
Section titled “Billing records”The current public ChartGPT purchase path is a one-time lifetime license. There is no recurring Trading Neural software subscription or automatic renewal for the standard public license.
Stripe handles card processing and receipts. Trading Neural does not store your full card details.
