Subscription Flow

This page outlines the subscription process for ChartGPT, including how to manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade, and what happens to your data if you decide to cancel.

Subscribing to ChartGPT

  1. Choose a subscription plan (currently monthly, with potential for yearly options in the future).
  2. Complete the subscription process through our WooCommerce-powered system.
  3. Your subscription period begins immediately after successful payment.

Upgrading and Downgrading

Upgrading Your Subscription

  • When you upgrade, you pay for the full new subscription period.
  • You keep all unused neurons (tokens) from your previous plan.
  • The new neurons from the upgraded plan are added to your existing balance.
  • Your subscription renewal date with reset and you will start a new subscription.

Downgrading Your Subscription

  • When you downgrade, you pay for the full new subscription period.
  • You keep all unused neurons from your previous plan.
  • You receive the new (lower) amount of neurons at your next renewal date.
  • Your subscription renewal date with reset and you will start a new subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • If you downgrade from Pro to Personal, or from Personal to Free, your account remains active.
  • If you choose to cancel your Free subscription, your account will be deleted.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Important: All your notes, previous responses, and locally stored data remain intact on your device, even after cancellation.

Even if you cancel your subscription or delete your account:

  • We do not control or delete any of your local data.
  • You retain full access to all information you’ve created or received while using ChartGPT.
  • Your data remains on your device, ensuring you don’t lose any valuable insights or analysis.
