Purchase and Billing
ChartGPT no longer uses the old Free, Personal, and Pro subscription flow described in earlier documentation.
Current purchase model
Section titled “Current purchase model”- ChartGPT is sold as a one-time lifetime software license.
- The standard public license is for one user.
- There is no automatic monthly or yearly software renewal.
- Lifetime software updates are included for the purchased license.
- Standard support is provided according to the current Trading Neural terms.
Trading Neural billing
Section titled “Trading Neural billing”Trading Neural billing covers the ChartGPT software license and related account access. Payment is processed through Stripe at checkout.
After payment succeeds, use the customer portal and your purchase email address to access downloads and license information.
AI provider billing
Section titled “AI provider billing”AI model usage is billed separately by the provider whose API key you use.
Examples:
- OpenAI usage is billed by OpenAI.
- OpenRouter usage is billed by OpenRouter.
- Anthropic usage is billed by Anthropic.
- Google Gemini usage is billed by Google.
- Brave Search usage is billed by Brave.
- Replicate usage is billed by Replicate.
Trading Neural does not resell AI credits, neurons, or provider usage.
Canceling provider usage
Section titled “Canceling provider usage”If you want to stop AI provider charges, manage or remove billing in the provider account itself. You can also clear the provider key in ChartGPT under Options > AI Providers so the app can no longer use that provider from this Windows profile.
Clearing a provider key does not cancel your provider account.
Refunds and support
Section titled “Refunds and support”Use the current checkout terms and Trading Neural legal pages for refund eligibility. Contact support with your purchase email, ChartGPT version, and a clear description of the issue.
